Standard Rooms
For greater comfort and a touch of mountain luxury enjoy our brand new Bakki rooms that all come with private bathrooms and great views. There is a communal living room area with a fireplace.
Family Rooms – the old style turf houses
Our turf houses are set up in the traditional way as a baðstofa with all the modern conveniences and accommodate up to 6 – 7 persons. Each house has two floors with bathroom, optional kitchen facilities and a double bed on the ground floor. On the upper floor the set-up is unique with the single beds in their own closets hemmed in with curtains that offer privacy. The perfect choice for families, friends or couples who want to experience something different.
The baðstofa of the old days was a communal living space where people worked, ate and slept.

Campground cabins
On our campsite we have two cute little turf huts. Each hut has a double bed and is ideal for those with their own sleeping bags. A great way to stay out of the wind but still be out in the nature. The camp toilets, showers, kitchen and laundry facilities are all nearby, making these huts a comfortable alternative to setting up a tent for the night.
